Shipping & Returns


When do we ship orders? 

We fulfill orders Monday thru Friday (except holidays) within 1-3 days business days of order placement.   We can ship both domestic and international customers.   We ship all orders via USPS or UPS.  Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.  When you place an order, we offer a few shipping options for your choice.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.



Will I get a notification when my orders ships? 

You will get an email with shipping confirmation sent to the email provided during checkout.  The email will include the tracking number so that you can track your items.  


**Love my blanks is not responsible for for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments.  Please help make sure your address is correct when checking out.  Once your order is placed, Love my blanks is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.   Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges to reship.   



Returns can be made up to seven calendar days of receipt.  Return shipping cost must be paid by buyer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Products must be non-used (NEW), non-worn, non-washed, and non-embellished to quality for a return.  Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected by Love my blanks.  We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (typically this can be anywhere from 5 to 10 business days).
